Website working party
Purpose
To ensure the Parish Council Website is kept up to date and amended as and when necessary.
Duties
1. At each Parish Council meeting to check with the Clerk that the minutes of the previous Parish Council and Playing Field Management Committee meetings have been sent to the Webmaster.
2. At the June Parish Council meeting to check with the Clerk that the new list of Working Party members and Council representatives on other bodies has been sent to the Webmaster.
3. To examine the website monthly to ensure that the Webmaster is keeping it up to date and, if it is not, to ascertain why.
