My name is Jo Beirne and I am one the Wellingbrough Borough Councillors for the Wollaston / Grendon / Strixton Ward.

I live in Wollaston with my daughter who attends the local primary school. I work full time as an Office Manager.

At Wellingborough Borough Council I sit on the Planning Committee and attend Full Council and group meetings.

I have always had an interest in local issues and enjoy meeting local people and listening to the things that matter to them. We are very lucky in this ward to have such strong and professional Parish Councils - they do a huge amount of local work that benefits all of us.
